Vuzix, International Industry 4.0
The news comes following a busy first half for Vuzix. In May, the firm entered a significant deal with Automatic SAS, enabling it to exclusively build smart glasses with the world’s first fully integrated colour microLED display.
In the same month, Vuzix introduced the integration of 28 new languages on its M-series of smart glasses. The update added languages to improve Vuzix’s international reach, such as Arabic, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian.
Also, in May, Vuzix, in collaboration with Ohana One and TeleVU, supplied Ukrainian doctors and nurses with immersive AR technology to assist in conflict struggles.
The deal provides the nation’s healthcare professionals with XR remote guidance tools for frontline workers through Ohana One’s borderless healthcare network and Vuzix AR hardware. Vuzix’s product line-up also supports typical collaboration applications like Zoom and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
