Apple customers based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can now pre-order its “revolutionary” mixed reality headset, Apple Vision Pro.

The Apple Vision Pro is powered by visionOS, bringing together the physical world and digital content to enable spatial experiences for work, collaboration, communication, reliving memories, entertainment, and more.
From November 15th, the Apple Vision Pro will also be available in Apple shops and for delivery.
Apple shared the news through a company blog post:
“Starting today, customers in the United Arab Emirates can pre-order Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s revolutionary spatial computer, by visiting the Apple Store online or the Apple Store app.
“Customers can experience a new and intuitive at-home shopping experience that makes it easy to personalise and purchase Vision Pro, with assistance from an Apple Specialist available via chat or by phone.”
Demo the Vision Pro
Customers can book one-to-one demoes of the Apple Vision Pro at Apple shops in the UAE from the same date as it is available for purchase from them – November 15th.
Apple team members will help customers to find the optimal fit and get set up with the devices.
Customers can test out the Vision Pro’s capabilities from entertainment experiences to an infinite canvas for preferred apps, as well as the option to view content from their photo library, including spatial photos and videos.
Mac Virtual Display, which brings features and capabilities from Macs into the Vision Pro, will also be available for testing.
Buy the Vision Pro
Advice is available for those customers looking purchase and set up the Apple Vision Pro from Apple Specialists in shops and online. They can also advise on financing options and other shopping-related support.
When ordering the Apple Vision Pro, customers can use an iPhone or iPad with Face ID and the newest version of the Apple Store app to perform a face scan.
Face scans allow users to find the right Light Seal and head band sizes to fit properly.
If you require corrective lenses to correct any issues with their vision, Apple has partnered with ZEISS to provide ZEISS Optical Inserts that attach to the Vision Pro.
Vision Pro Apps
The App Store has over 2,500 apps that work with the Apple Vision Pro to meet a range of interests and requirements from streaming services and films to social video apps. Apple gives a taste of what is on offer via its blog: “Players can enjoy thousands of fun games, along with spatial games such as Puzzle Sculpt and Warped Kart Racers with Apple Arcade.
“Vision Pro also includes leading business and productivity tools like Box, Webex, Zoom, and apps from Microsoft 365, to help users collaborate with colleagues and accomplish everyday tasks.
“Users can also enjoy new experiences only possible in spatial computing, such as Encounter Dinosaurs, which allows users to come face-to-face with giant prehistoric creatures from the Cretaceous period.”
UAE customers can also source apps from local developers like OSN+, STARZ ON, and Arabesque Kitchen.
The price of the Apple Vision Pro will start at 13,999 in store and online, with optional extras on offer, such as ZEISS Optical Inserts, Travel Case, and AppleCare+.
