What has been your business/work highlight of 2024 so far?
Seeing the XR enterprise market really starting to grow. Consolidation seems to be helping among the more valuable companies coming together to make is easier for the large customers.
Who is your business hero and why?
Richard Branson, as he had big dreams and the confidence to pursue them.
What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?
Not listening to my gut with hiring new employees. The lesson is to not rush and the right person will eventually arrive.
What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?
Cash flow quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. It was one of the first business books I read and it inspired me to pursue an alternative career path and business model.
What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?
Managing cash flow as the market continues to evolve.
What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?
The role of AI in reducing the effort in developing custom content. Reducing the time and cost to develop relevant XR content will have a tremendous influence on enterprise adoption.
