Recently named one of the ‘Top 25 Women in the Metaverse’, Amelia Kallman is a leading London futurist, speaker and author. She specialises in the emerging opportunities – as well as the risks – of XR, AI, data, and Web 3.0. Host of the podcast XR Star, as well as the YouTube series’ Blockchain in the Metaverse and The Big Reveal, her clients include Unilever, Red Bull, Together Labs, Lloyd’s of London, and UK Parliament. She is a mentor and activist in the responsible tech movement, and is currently writing her third book.

Amy is also a mentor and angel investor in several music tech start-ups.

She is a recognized thought-leader in the space and speaks globally on the future of XR and exponential technologies. She has deep connections within the industry and works with Fortune 500 companies, digital media/production companies and tech start-ups on XR strategy, content, development, product and GTM.
Cam Stevens is a chartered safety professional and technologist who brings over two decades of diverse global experience to the XR Awards panel. As the former Regional XR Lead at Lenovo in ANZ and a Solutions Engineer at RealWear Inc., Cam has a proven track record in deploying XR technologies for enterprise at scale. As the CEO of Pocketknife Group, a boutique digital transformation consultancy, Cam supports organisations to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies including robotics, XR, and AI to improve the design of work. Cam's contributions extend to shaping The AREA's Safety Playbook and influencing ISO Standards for AR/VR and AI – he’ll be providing a responsible innovation lens to the XR Awards judging and is looking forward to the privilege of experiencing the best of the XR industry.
Jay Latta is an Emerging Technology Strategist with over 35 years of experience and presence in the industry and on stage. His ThinkTank STINT is focused on humanitarian purposes, scientific research and advanced ideas, which bring benefits to mankind.

Josh supports a diverse community of students, staff, and the local community, as well as ensuring the space stays at the forefront of research and technology developments.
Josh comes from a research background in immersive and interactive audio. He has made musicals in the metaverse with virtual production, created platforms for users to explore heritage spatial acoustics, used enhanced audio to make AR more accessible, developed low-latency immersive VR networked music performance systems, investigated how to include people remotely in choirs and created an interactive web trailer to encourage new demographics to engage with opera. Much of this work has facilitated greater inclusion of diverse and harder-to-reach individuals.

Tom has written about the industry since 2016, covering the latest trends and investments while keeping a pulse on the latest innovations. He has spoken in several events, published a bestselling book on the sector, and help connect professionals to help each other soar.
Yanna joined BCG’s DeepTech practice beginning of 2023 to lead on XR and Metaverse strategy. Prior to her new role, she worked in PwC’s Metaverse Technologies team, where she helped clients globally and across all industries discover, develop and deploy immersive solutions. She has run countless immersion sessions using the full spectrum of XR technology – from high-spec headsets to smartphone-based solutions.
Yanna advises businesses on the enterprise value of XR, helping to understand, quantify and implement the benefits. She has helped build and deploy solutions spanning 360 video, computer-generated graphics and volumetric video and has extensive experience using VR for better collaboration and more effective training. Recently, she delivered a pioneering XR discovery report that is now shaping the UK’s XR healthcare strategy.
