The novel head-mounted display (HMD) features the following specifications:

  • A lightweight form factor of just 250 grammes at one-fourth the thickness of typical VR headsets
  • A high-definition (HD) micro-display from British tech firm and strategic partner BOE
  • BOE Pancake Lenses with a 1600 x 1600 resolution at 1058 pixels per inch (ppi)
  • 96-degree field-of-view (FoV)
  • Options for three or six degrees-of-freedom (3DoF/ 6DoF)
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon XR1 or XR2 processor options
  • SteamVR compatibility

According to the company, it plans to mass-produce the device in May this year but has not yet stated a launch date for the device. It will also accept small minimum order quantities (MOQs) of single units.

It also expects healthcare, manufacturing, sports, construction, and similar enterprises to adopt the device for training, immersive learning, and other use cases.
