What is on Offer in the 3.0 Update?
With the 3.0 update, various new features are offered to Spatial users. With certain updates adding some great new ways for enterprise to use the software.
Spatial can now offer users the chance to create their own custom environments. Here users are able to scan their home/office environments into Spaitial’s world; using a Lidar scanning. A simple way to translate an office space into a virtual environment, potentially allowing for world-wide conferencing to now take place in a realistically scanned, virtual office.
The new ability, in the 3.0 update, for live translation opens the doors of communication in virtual conferencing. In real time Spatial can translate 30+ languages, in the same room and at the same time.
Also offering a new high-performance app to work alongside the main application; called Spatial Cast. Allows for users to stream desktops, complete with audio, into their VR headsets.
A new more minor feature is guest mode. This allows for users to drop in and out without an account. This small new feature is a massive gain though. Guest mode will work wonders in bringing in new users. A user interested in certain event will be able to join in immediately and from there perhaps make an account to then join the immersive experience Spatial has to offer.
These new features alongside the desktop version of spatial offers a massive amount of accessibility. It feels like Spatial has every base covered at this point.; with many new features ready for enterprises to jump on and use.
