BizAR Reality (BR) has been building a strong show reel of AR and VR solutions for enterprises across various sectors to launch several learning, advertising, and architecture solutions.

From its experience, the company has unveiled a new fixture in its “Fusion” brand and ecosystem: VR training simulations that can support networks between developers and teams of users.

FusionMine is a new training ecosystem created with three high-fidelity training softwares—FusionBloc, FusionSim, and FusionCloud—to construct a highly personalised ecosystem for enterprises to invest in.

The FusionMine Ecosystem

FusionBloc is a Room-Scale Multiuser Virtual Reality Training Grid which works within a large, dedicated VR space, where individual trainees use tracking backpacks and small devices attached to headsets, arms, legs, and other physical objects for up to up to 25 users.

The link between the devices creates a wireless grid for trainees to walk around in, and customised, lightweight controllers compensate for the wireless set-up, which altogether produce accurate recordings replicating trainee movements in a natural, immersive experience.

The FusionMine team can 3D scan a company’s mine environments to create seamless 3D maps to use in VR training courses. The award-winning 3D development team created each custom course uniquely for companies looking to collaborate on the software.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), procedure and incident reconstruction, and vehicle operation and inspection simulation courses, among others, can be designed and operated safely in VR.

FusionSim’s software also provides vehicle training, which dynamically and realistically simulates mining vehicles for a safe and comprehensive training environment to practise and assess performance.

Users can take part in practise courses, allowing trainees to perform tasks with real-time guidance from instructors. Once a trainee is ready, they can receive an assessment which generates a performance log, providing a review of the individual and their performance.

Getting the Best from FusionMine

Through the FusionMine software, analytics are automatically captured and logged from an individual’s training session, and companies can manage and inspect data through the FusionCloud software.

FusionCloud is a dynamic and responsive system for organisations to track behaviours in the FusionMine VR space, providing a detailled understanding of how trainees perform their tasks.

It also logs eye and body tracking, along with body posture and positioning data, in weekly and monthly dashboard reports based on various VR training programmes created by mining firms.

Mining companies interested in the software can book demos on their website

Each manufacturing sector has seen various training simulators made available, and BizAR Realities mixture of VR and cloud systems empower trainees, instructors, and firms with a unique and highly personalised course.
