Today, enterprise-grade AI solutions provider Cybever announced a 3D world creation platform to streamline the creation of RT3D cross-industry assets. Cecilia Shen, Co-Founder and CEO of Cybever, noted that the tools “transform[s] 3D content creation.”
According to Cybever, the new service is already gaining strong interest from creative studios and asset marketplaces such as Big Medium Small, Dekogon Studios, and Yos 3D. The firm is building an online community to support the platform as it leaves its beta stage.
Shen added that the firm “stands with artists to build a more powerful creators’ ecosystem through three key strengths: retrieval, placement, and generation.”
The beta platform aims to remove the considerable time and financial commitment required to create 3D content.
Chen explained:
By efficiently retrieving relevant assets, placing them accurately within a 3D environment, and eventually generating new content, we empower creators to bring their visions to life faster and more effectively. This beta launch is a crucial step toward making advanced 3D content development accessible to creators across all industries.
Moreover, by leveraging cloud systems, developers can collaborate on 3D content on various end devices and use AI integrations to generate layouts, maps, and terrains.
Ensuring Ethical AI Integrations
Cybever is also ensuring that its AI content integration respects ethical AI practices. If an artist’s work is used in the process, Cybeve will obtain direct permissions and present revenue-sharing options.
Jie Yang, Co-Founder and the CTO of Cybever, also noted:
We recognized that current GenAI trends often focus on directly generating 3D assets from text, which can lead to limitations in quality, scalability and intractability. Our team, composed of AI researchers with deep expertise, along with engineers and 3D artists experienced in traditional 3D creation, brings together diverse perspectives to develop innovative solutions.
Further features include sketch-to-3D preview, advanced scene generation, asset diversity, weather effects, and user experience tools.
“By leveraging AI to enhance rather than replace the creative process, we ensure our platform supports 3D professionals while addressing the challenges typically associated with GenAI,” Yeng remarked.
Cybever is building the AI 3D content creation tool with compatibility considerations for the Unreal Engine 5 and soon the NVIDIA Omniverse ecosystem – two services commonplace in building enterprise-grade XR experiences.
