Who is your business hero and why?

In this area, not for what kind of people they are privately because I don’t know them personally, but for what kind of visionaries they are while being businessmen, I respect people like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Jensen Huang, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, etc. I admire not only visionary ideas but determination and agility in putting them into practice. For their strength in dealing with adversity and creating solutions that contribute to the development of civilisation. Of course, each of these solutions has its own and bright and dark sides for humanity.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

One of the biggest business mistakes was the decision to list VR Factory Games on the stock exchange through a reverse takeover. I only found out after the fact that my shares would not be listed, and it took me 2 years to get all the shares listed, which is in turn a big success. I should make the company public through a traditional IPO. Of course, after this experience, I don’t think that going public through a reverse takeover is generally a bad idea. It depends on various conditions. My mistake was that I did not explore all aspects of this action plus one additional one, which let it remain my private knowledge.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

I don’t have a single book that I could name, but I can certainly say that reading books, that is, exploring knowledge, is not only empowering and tooling, but also a great way to spend time. I read both business books, personal development books, biographies or specialised books. I love to read!

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

There are several challenges, both in the business world and in my personal life. The biggest one, which I have been setting myself for many years, is to always be a good, empathetic and honest person no matter what the circumstances.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

I think the biggest impact beyond the development of AI in various areas will not be the technology itself but the combination of technology and the ability to work with the right people who can use today’s technologies and keep up with changes in the market.
