Working excessively for extended periods isn’t healthy for you, your employees, your company, or your family—it’s essential to prioritize time off. Maintaining a work-life balance is crucial, and fortunately, I recognized this before experiencing the consequences of neglecting it.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. The story centers on the absurdity of life and the importance of not taking things too seriously. It highlights how seeking ultimate answers or meaning can often lead to humorous and unexpected outcomes, suggesting that embracing life’s randomness, finding joy in the moment, and keeping a sense of humor in the face of confusion are key to navigating an unpredictable world.
