In 2024, ARuVR reached a pivotal milestone by expanding its immersive XR training solutions across new global markets and forging strategic partnerships with major enterprises. One of the key milestones was the introduction of the AI-driven features to the ARuVR omni-platform, streamlining the creation and deployment of immersive training modules for corporate clients. This ambitious drive into new territories and innovative product enhancements positioned ARuVR as a leader in the fast-evolving XR training arena and underscored the company’s commitment to shaping the future of workforce development.

What XR-leaning event are you most looking forward to in 2025?

Undoubtedly, more and more AI and Spatial Computing capabilities are emerging, along with the entry of new XR players such as Samsung and Google.

What was your dream job when you were growing up?

I never had a single dream job in mind, but I always knew I wanted to do something creative and impactful. I’ve been driven by the idea of using innovation thinking to make a real difference in people’s lives and to contribute positively to society.

What was your favourite film/TV show of 2024?

I am not a big TV consumer.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in 2025?

As a CEO of a startup, there are several challenges. In 2025, one of the key challenges is the navigation of uncertainties. In fact, operating in an emerging market such as XR requires a robust decision-making framework.

If you had to learn one new skill, what would it be?

Rather than focusing on a single new skill, I would cultivate more and more on the leadership style that truly unlocks the best in people. By actively listening, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a sense of shared purpose, I believe we can inspire individuals to contribute their unique talents, resulting in a team that aims higher and achieves more – together!

What are your personal XR-related 2025 ambitions/goals?

My ambition is to harness XR technologies in a way that meaningfully bridges the gap between our digital and physical worlds while enhancing human connection.
