What was your business highlight of 2024?

We shipped the seamless connection between Windows 11 PC and Meta Quest 3/3s. Quest as a natural extension of PC and mixed reality as a natural extension of Windows are powerful ideas that we hope to drive forward with our partnership with Meta.

What was your dream job when you were growing up?

My dream job was to become an automotive designer.

What was your favourite film/TV show of 2024?

Scavengers Reign, because of its surreal world-building, recursive metaphors, and sheer craft.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in 2025?

Balancing shipping familiar patterns versus pushing the boundary of spatial interactions.
