MeetinVR offers a 32-seater for keynote speeches, where there is a big screen for the host to share a presentation or conduct a workshop.
Powerful collaboration capabilities
All the collaboration aids you’d expect in a physical space are recreated thoughtfully in virtual reality. There are screens of different sizes, for casting media files, there are whiteboards and sticky notes, and, in some cases, the entire 3D environment can be used as a “mind map” where you can draw and make notes in mid-air.
A naturalised user interface
MeetinVR makes navigation easier using a tablet-based control hub, where you can simply pick up a tool from the tablet and use it in your VR surroundings. The tablet can be used to extract 3D files as well. Deleting objects is equally simple – you only have to throw it with a slight degree of force to make objects disappear. You can also use MeetinVR to automatically create notes from what is said inside a meeting room through the speech detect function.

MeetinVR has partnered with Wolf 3D to launch its new VR avatar creator. The tool converts a two-dimensional selfie into a 3D rendering with incredible accuracy, capturing your facial expression, bone structure, hair and eye colour, and every unique detail.
