ARuVR, a premier extended reality (XR) training platform for enterprises, announced on Tuesday it had received learner accreditation for its immersive technologies.

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) awarded the London-based firm Accredited Learning Technologies Provider status. LPI-granted accreditations are the most prestigious and highest accolades globally for workplace learning and development.

ARuVR’s newly-appointed status allows the company to continue building its learning technologies under stringent standards. As more and more companies turn to virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) solutions to upskill workers, ARuVR’s location-agnostic, unified solution helps firms upscale their training operations.

This includes the company’s long list of clients: Coca-Cola, British Telecom (BT), ScotRail, Amazon, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Five Guys, and the Royal Air Force.

ARuVR’s repertoire of clients comes after the firm became the UK Government Crown Commercial Services’ first and sole provider of XR solutions. This is for the latter’s digital outcome, specialists framework, and Crown G-Cloud supplier lists.

The enterprise met the criteria based on an in-depth assessment with several key performance indicators, scoring nearly perfect marks across all categories. These included client value proposition, delivery capability, business integrity, and quality and performance management.

The announcement comes ahead of the Augmented World Expo (AWE) 2023 in Santa Clara, California. The massive three-day event will showcase some of the world’s top immersive solutions, use cases, and panel discussions. Also, major groups such as Meta Platforms, Qualcomm Technologies, Lenovo, Magic Leap, NVIDIA, and many more will attend the event to explore extended reality solutions’ past, present, and future.

Subsequent Asian and European AWE Summits will take place in Singapore and Vienna, Austria, from 30 to 31 August, and 24 to 25 October, respectively.
