The new updated integration empowers customers to create Service Cases with TeamViewer that deliver support from contact accounts, Salesforce cases, and more.

Users can now access TeamViewer pilot sessions that support and empower front-line workers and technicians, offering AR experiences to help anyone with 3D object tracking, spatial markers for real-world objects, and text annotations options. Built for the Salesforce platform, the TeamViewer app is now available within Salesforce AppExchange.

Exploring TeamViewer’s AR Solution

The new AR functionality supports experts, agents, and front-line worker sin initiating AR experiences for internal and external users, directly from Salesforce accounts and opportunities. This updated integration will allow experts to connect with on-site technicians through TeamViewer pilot, supporting them with any physical tasks or configuration issues.

There’s a new one-click SMS share function that retrieves the language and phone number of the individual in the Salesforce environment for quick communication. Users can also enjoy better performance through a new app design supported by Salesforce Lightweight components.

Improved customization of the integration plugin with he option to add information to any Salesforce screen is now available. What’s more, updated permission sets will help leaders to determine which tools should be available to which users.
