Leading augmented reality remote guidance and collaboration platform, Taqtile, recently joined The California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) as a new technology partner.

As a member of CMTA, Taqtile will provide access to Manifest; an interactive augmented reality training and upskilling platform that allows organizations to leverage interactive work instruction, knowledge capture, and POV remote guidance capabilities.

Through this partnership, Taqtile aims to nourish the next generation of manufacturing plants within the California region, providing access to elite education programs for improving performance and operational efficiency on the frontline.

Over the next few weeks, Taqtile plans to deliver detailed insights and strategical guidance to CMTA members, demonstrating how they can use AR to improve training, productivity, collaboration, workplace safety, and more.

By putting knowledge right at the fingertips of frontline workers and giving them real-time access to step-by-step instructions, along with all the information needed to complete the task at hand, Taqtile Manifest is a game-changing tool for any industrial organization.

“Innovative partners like Taqtile help us deliver state-of-the-art technologies that will tangibly benefit emerging and fast-paced manufacturing processes,” said CMTA President, Lance Hastings.

“Bringing solutions like Manifest to our members allows us to ensure we’re fulfilling our mission of helping California’s manufacturers grow and remain competitive globally. We owe it to our membership and the more than 1.2 million California manufacturing workers to provide access to emerging technologies that empower them in their jobs and create better efficiencies across their organizations,” he added.

Since 1918, the CMTA has worked alongside government bodies to develop laws, regulations, and public policies that stimulate economic growth and create new jobs within the state’s manufacturing sector that generates USD 250 billion every year.

According to Dirck Schou, Taqtile CEO, “CMTA is providing world-class support for California’s manufacturers and introducing cutting-edge technologies that will help these companies increase their competitiveness.”

“The intuitive Manifest platform delivers to organizations the ability to leverage the expertise of their most knowledgeable employees, empowering frontline personnel to perform complex tasks more safely, efficiently, and accurately. We anticipate that a significant number of CMTA members will explore Manifest and apply it to their long-term advantage,” he added.
