We also noticed that the design of the Z1 Premium is incredibly rugged and durable, making them perfect for heavy, robust warehouse and factory floor environments.
However, as well as being reliable and (presumably) difficult to break easily, the large frames also serve as a protective barrier to shield the user’s eyes from harm as well as augmenting their vision.

However, at USD 2499 per unit, the same price as market-leading smart glasses like the RealWear HMT-1 and the Vuzix M4000, we’re not convinced the Iristick Z1 Premium is worth the hefty price tag.
Perhaps if the cost came down, the Z1 would achieve more success than it has done so far – but until that happens, we believe it’ll never reach the same level of success other leading vendors have achieved in this space so far.
