Kicking off 2025, Glartek announced a strategic partnership with Factor CX to drive business customers’ adoption of its portfolio of immersive and AI workplace solutions in Latin America.

Carlos Miranda Kosch, CEO of Factor CX, said Glartek’s service portfolio targets manufacturing and asset-intensive industries, making it a “game-changer” for the sector’s regional business leaders.

Miranda also added:

With Glartek’s AR-driven solution, we can now offer our clients a powerful tool to streamline their operations, improve safety standards, and boost workforce collaboration. We are excited to be part of this transformation and look forward to delivering impactful results together.

The portfolio covers tools such as AR guidance, AI, and machine learning features, which Factor CX look to scale via its reseller avenues.

Glartek has a strong history of delivering its emerging workplace solutions to international clients such as Renault, Bosch, Subaru, and Siemens; the Factor CX partnership only deepens this reach, ensuring that Latin American firms can leverage immersive solutions with seamless deployment and customer support.

Bruno Duarte, CEO at Glartek, explained:

Through this partnership with Factor CX, we are able to bring our innovative technology to manufacturing companies across Latin America, helping them enhance operational efficiency, improve worker safety, and achieve excellence in their daily operations.

More on Glartek Frontline Solutions

Glartek’s product portfolio helps frontline workers tackle everyday tasks while also prioritising workers efficiently and safely.

Glartek’s Connected Worker solution mixes the emerging power of AI, Machine Learning, and AR capabilities to ensure this efficiency. It allows users to work via 3D spatial assets such as instructional materials and SOPs. Therefore, the product is poised for on-site use cases like training, retaining skilled workers, and managing knowledge within a business.

Notably, last year, the firm introduced new dashboard features that enable real-time metrics to speed decision-making, and new templates ensure prompt software adoption. The update also adds 3D training models, such as digital twins of machinery, to assist with upskilling and training goals. Glartek’s most recent AI integrations automatically extract and automate data to create training templates.

Moreover, Glartek also integrated its Augmented & Connected Worker solution onto the Apple Vision Pro headset last month. Glartek’s services empower frontline workers with Vision Pro’s powerful hardware and its own immersive software, helping to put the solutions provider ahead of the XR pack by leveraging the most innovative and popular XR technology.
