Varjo Headsets Enhance Pilot Training

Since the release of their flagship XR-3 and VR-3 headsets in December 2020, leading XR hardware and software developers, Varjo, have gone from strength to strength as they carve themselves a place at the top of the stack.

Last week, we investigated how companies like Dassault Aviation use Varjo headsets to transform training processes for the better, cutting back costs while speeding up performance to an unprecedented pace.

During the event, the company announced the release of Microsoft Mesh. This first-of-its-kind solution allows users to meet up and communicate with colleagues and peers while fully immersed in extended reality environments from multiple entry points.

Microsoft launched the product within its VR Altspace collaboration platform, showcasing how users can connect via any medium of their choosing, be it VR headset, smart glasses, smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.
