Beyond Reality AR has been accepted onto the ‘prestigious’ virtual accelerator program NVIDIA Inception, which supports all stages of a startup’s life cycle.

The augmented reality solutions designer, Beyond Reality AR, creates tools to improve operational efficiency in logistic and industrial settings.

Its mission is to seamlessly integrate its AR technology and ‘revolutionising’ company workflows and real time interactions with data.

Pol Leyva, CEO of Beyond Reality AR, commented on the value that this program represents to his company: “Being part of NVIDIA Inception represents a unique opportunity for our startup to scale up and innovate at a faster pace.

“With NVIDIA’s support, we are eager to continue pushing the boundaries of augmented reality within logistics, ultimately transforming the way businesses operate.”

NVIDIA Inception

According to Beyond Reality AR, being accepted onto the NVIDIA Inception program enables it to access resources like next-generation hardware and detection tools, plus support from industry experts.

The program provides a path to investment with the NVIDIA Inception VC Alliance, adding the necessary finances to quickly and effectively scale its AR technologies.

NVIDIA Inception also offers startups with various extra benefits, including access to its NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute credits, exclusive discounts on software and hardware, as well as technical support.

Finally, NVIDIA’s details the benefits of its Inception program online, which also lists access to a startup portal for all team members and unlimited access to the NVIDIA Developer Forums.

Beyond Reality believes that these resources will be ‘instrumental’ in achieving its growth plans and shaping the future of logistics.

NVIDIA Partners with Google

In April, Google and NVIDIA announced a partnership to help startups accelerate generative AI application creations and services, bringing together the NVIDIA Inception program and the Google for Startups Cloud Program.

Greg Estes, VP of Enterprise Marketing at NVIDIA, explained in a company blog post at the time why startups in this industry may require support:

“Qualified members of NVIDIA Inception, a global program supporting more than 18,000 startups, will have an accelerated path to using Google Cloud infrastructure with access to Google Cloud credits — up to $350,000 for those focused on AI.

“Google for Startups Cloud Program members can join NVIDIA Inception and gain access to technological expertise, NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute course credits, NVIDIA hardware and software, and more.

“Eligible members of the Google for Startups Cloud Program also can participate in NVIDIA Inception Capital Connect, a platform that gives startups exposure to venture capital firms interested in the space.”

Estes continued: “This collaboration is the latest in a series of announcements the two companies have made to help ease the costs and barriers associated with developing generative AI applications for enterprises of all sizes.

“Startups in particular are constrained by the high costs associated with AI investments.”

Last year, Google, NVIDIA, and Improbable teamed up to expand the M² Ecosystem, empowering future users with unprecedented metaverse experiences.

More recently, in August this year, reports surfaced that NVIDIA’s long-awaited Blackwell chipset had been delayed due to design flaws.

The roughly three-month delay may prove taxing on awaiting firms such as Meta, Google, and Microsoft as each race to the front of AI innovation.
