What has been your business/work highlight of 2024 so far?

Who is your business hero and why?

I would say Elon Musk, it may be a not-so-original answer but the man deserves credit for is work and achievements.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

I believe the biggest mistake I have made was to think business relations could be friends. I have had my trust broken, deceptions in hard times, I have had my work taken out of my hands and been discredited by people who ate at my table. Now of course some true friendships have sparked in my work environment, I love their energy and I couldn’t see my life without those close friends. But I have learned where to stand.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

I can’t give you the most inspirational book as don’t know which one to choose, I could say that a book that did change my perspective as a teenager was Iliad and Odyssey. I wasn’t a fan of books outside of Harry Potter during that period, but somehow that book did captivate me. I loved the resilience the story told, life is the same as you have to hold on, whatever has been sent your way you have to keep going. I like that and live by it.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

I have made a big move from France to Australia, I’m learning how to establish myself here. It’s a road full of adventure ahead!

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

It’s always a bit the same, AI, Quantum computer… It’s more of a use case/adoption situation rather than a big leap forward. We have so much technology today, it’s just a question of how and who uses it. let’s wait and see!
