Releasing our first project enhanced by an AI-powered digital assistant who can help trainees during training.

I don’t have one. I probably should.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

Not knowing our worth and undercharging. Lowering prices attracts the wrong kind of clients, it is best to work with people who value what you offer.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

I read hundreds of books a year. It is how I stop my mind from racing at night—everything from fluffy fiction to memoirs to business strategy texts. I could never pick just one!

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

Most things related to spacial computing, but if I had to pick just one, I would say we are always eagerly following the development in the untethered VR headset market. As soon as implementing the hardware becomes easier, so buying into and onboarding our platform.
