What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

Adopting technology too early, failing to launch the project and understanding the bleeding edge is great but painful teacher.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

1984: the ability to look at a dystopian future with real impact on people’s psyche.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

Trend tracking AI and its impact on not only spatial computing and XR tech but the spillage into all areas of a business from OPs to Marketing.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

Artificial Intelligence will change how we do most things internally from create content to code. The adoption curve is so high with an extremely low barrier it’s hard to ignore. This is inclusive of Ai Systems that capture and understand head-mounted display data.
