How Can I Enter The Awards?
Please review the categories and judging criteria and then fill out the application form for the award you’re applying to. All entries will go into a central inbox and you’ll receive a notification from us to let you know we’ve got your submission.
Is There A Cost To Enter and Can I Enter More Than One Category?
Yes, there is a cost of $732 (£550 GBP excluding VAT) to enter, except for the categories which are listed as free to enter. Payment is taken online once you have submitted your application.
You are also welcome to enter as many categories that you feel are a good match to your achievements in the past year. If you apply for three awards, you’ll only pay for two ($1,400 / £1,100 (excluding VAT). Please ensure that you submit a separate application for each category you wish to enter.
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
You can pay online using a credit or debit card (we use Stripe to process the payment). Or you can pay on invoice (payable within 30 days).
How do I find out who won the XR Awards?
The winners will be announced in a series of videos, which will be published on our social media channels and website from 3 PM BST/11 AM ET, May 29, 2025.
Who Are The Judges?
Our group of judges are well-known and respected experts in the XR industry and have been invited by us to participate. For more information on individual judges and their backgrounds, please visit the judges page.

Yes, we are a truly global, and applications are encouraged from wherever you are based in the world.
