The deadline for the XR Awards is close, with applications welcome until April 8th. The XR Awards 2022 will honour companies innovating in immersive extended, mixed, virtual, and augmented reality solutions.
We are excited to host the first-ever XR Awards and will debut the shortlist of finalists on Friday, May 6th, with the ceremony taking place online on May 26th.
We’ve selected a diverse range of award categories, with the complete list available to view here. Our list of esteemed judges are also excited to read about some of the fantastic projects, developments, and successes XR vendors have achieved over the last year.
This year’s judges possess great insight into the world of immersive solutions. Judges include:

- Amy LaMeyer, Managing Partner of the WXR Fund
- Dr Faisal Mushtaq, Associate Director of the Centre for Immersive Technologies
- Jeremy Dalton, Head of Metaverse Technologies for PwC UK
- Sophia Moshasha, Vice-President of the DC Chapter for the VR/AR Association
- Michael Eichenseer, AR/ VR Coordinator for UMKC
- Amy Peck, Founder and Chief Executive of EndeavorXR
The categories will showcase a host of companies and individuals across the XR space, including the most promising start-ups, XR Leader of the Year, Most Innovative Product, Best Virtual Reality Solution, and Best Metaverse.
