This accessibility to critical data is especially important to industrial companies as the employee landscape is undergoing a major shift. Companies worldwide are facing a demographic-driven change where the most knowledgeable and experienced employees are generally over 55. As they age out of the workplace, decades’ worth of intricate industry knowledge leaves with them.
